Deep Hole 1500 by CNS Ltd. is a machine designed for contemporary machining of boring and honing of steel pipes typically making up elements of hydraulic jacks. The modular design permit to set up machines with capacity of boring diameter from 80 mm up to 250 mm and item of length from 700 to 2500 mm. The spindle is driven by brushless motor for varying the cutting speed at will, on the pallet are arranged two typical slides, a door adductor and a boring door for machining. Also considering the length of the elements to be processed, can be mounted between head and sled adductors up to two steady rest support / centering workpieces. The main support pallet body has a large section steel guides, hardened and grinded, integrated in structure.The sledges run on these guides through coupling scraped in Turcite, lubricated with automatic timed system. Due to the haevy and often for the 'eccentricity of excess material to be removed (creating vibration pulses) this technique is the best solution. The handling is given through ball screws and axis brushless motors governed by CNC. The setting of the machine includes a front (operator side) completely free in manouvering to allow maximum access for tooling to change the load type and manual unloading of the pieces, but also, an effective system of automated door casing permit the access to the portal or anthropomorphic robot systems for use in automated cells and uses 24h/24/h.
