C.N.S. Srl, due to his experience in machine tools' and automotive field and his even more increasing attention to the machine tools safety requirements, has widened the service range that already gave to his customer, introducing consultant activities and interventions to adequate customers' machines to the last published rules. Dlg. 81/2008 and the new prescriptions related to machine tools mentioned in 2006/42/CE lead to an important change both in the working areas and for working tools.
C.N.S. S.r.l. has the knowledge and the skills to instruct his own customers to respect and understand these new compulsory dispositions.
Our goal is to propose the ways, the methods and the activities that regularly we use as machine manufacturers, as importers, as retrofitters.
The most important change in the incoming rules is the "risk evaluation" and the release of a written document that analyses and shows the sources for risks and the actions voted to eliminate or reduce the dangers on workers.
The risk's analysis must be carried out considering the developing level of the preventing and protecting technology, always thinking at the rules. The first step of the risk analysis is to check how and if the machines in customer's workshop are following the rules or not and if not at which level. All the machines (marked CE and not) must be considered. A big mistake is to consider all the machines marked CE, with their CE conformity declaration, in accordance with the law. The first law on machine tools dates back to10 years ago (97/68/CE) . It is only the starting point from which other adjustments and updated version has been published.
Every company is responsible and can be persecuted referring "risk evaluation" (d.lgs. 81/2008 art. 17 and 28) and referring "tools" (D.Lgs. 81/2008 art. 70 and 71). The service we would like to offer would not replace either the rules or its applications.
